Shipping Information:

Shipping: Orders to be delivered within the continental United States to addresses other than PO Boxes will be shipped by Federal Express ground or Federal Express 2nd day Delivery, at your option.

The shipping and handling charge for ground delivery is $6.00 per order. Ground orders will take between 7-10 days to arrive from the time they leave the warehouse.

The shipping and handling charge for FedX 2nd day delivery is $20.00 per order. This method of shipping guarantees that your order will arrive 2 days from the day the package is shipped -- not from the day the order is placed.

U.S. Priority Mail Service is available as well. P.O. Box addresses within the United States must be shipped by U.S. Mail. The shipping and handling fee for these orders is $8.00. Delivery of these orders will take between 2-3 days to arrive from the time they leave the warehouse.

International orders are shipped U.S.Priority Mail International. The shipping and handling charge for these orders is $25.00. However, additional charges may apply depending on the delivery destination and weight of the package. You will be notified before additional charges are posted to your credit card.

Cancellations and Returns: All items for sale on this site carry a 30-day money back guarantee.

Unwanted items must be returned unused at your expense before a refund will be issued. Refunds will be issued in the amount of the merchandise returned. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If an exchange is sought, additional shipping charges will apply.

If cancellation occurs prior to shipment of the order, a full refund will be issued, including the shipping charge.

In the event you receive a damaged item, the item may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for a new item. Additional shipping charges will not apply if a damaged item is exchanged.

If you have received an item in error please contact us immediately so that we can have the item picked up from your location. If possible, please retain and reuse the original packaging so that the item can be returned to us in the same condition as you received it.
